READING
With the nice weather and the end of school approaching, it is time to gear up for another one of my favorite hobbies... reading. Watching my younger one ride her bike, hours spent by the pool as the girls swim, I needed many new books to read. As fast as my Favorite author Jodi Picoult writes, I needed to find some other authors to read in between. These are just a few of the books I plan to read in my spare timethis summer. I started Sworn to Silence by Linda Castillo, it seems pretty good so far. There are 3 in the series. I'm always open for suggestions if anyone has any.

PLASTIC FRAMES
I found these frames at the Goodwill. They were $1.50 for the 3 of them. I bought 3 packs. I havent exactly come up with something yet, but I know a good find when I see it!
NEW LIFE
This would be the cork board I showed you earlier today. I love how it turned out. I covered it with phonebook pages, K&Company stickers and Stampin Up! seam binding. I added Prima flowers to the push pins with tacky glue.
CHEAP FINDS
One thing you will learn about me is that I love sales/discounts.Dollar Stores, Goodwill, Marshalls, and Tuesday Morning are a few of my favorites. You can find great things there, bring them home, and give them new life. This little cork board was1 of 3 I purchased for a $1 from the Goodwill. Check back to see what I have done with them.
A NEW START
This blog is a new start. It will contain all of my crafty ideas, cheap finds, scrapbook pages, jewelery projects, family talk, and anything else that suites my fancy. I am not limited to just Stampin Up! here, it will have any and all companies I choose to play with. I hope you enjoy it, and stop back as much as you like.
